MANAGING DIRECTOR:  Mrs SIMBONGILE MBALEKWA

She is currently the Chairperson of SAIPA Midlands District and a Professional Accountant (SA) affiliated with The Southern African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), membership number 45931 and a Registered Tax Practitioner number PR0095858.

Mrs Mbalekwa has a lot of experience and knowledge in both the public and private sector. She has worked for companies like the Auditor General of South Africa , Ezinqoleni Municipality and Richmond Municipality where she was involved in the audits of provincial departments, municipalities , public and municipal entities, internal auditing and being an accountant that develops financial policies and oversees expenditure section, budget and payroll sections respectively.

Her training as an accountant at Stabilis Inc, gave her exposure to small medium and micro enterprises as well as schools, where she gained experience in doing bookkeeping services, tax as well as compiling annual financial statements for them.

Usiba Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd currently has two permanent staff members, an administrative clerk as well as a marketing assistant. The company has acquired the services of consultants as and when jobs that require staff are available. The consultants used are unemployed graduates and students who required in-service training to complete their degrees.

When the company gets more contracts these consultants will be absorbed to ensure continued growth and development as well as increased employment.
