Usiba Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a company formed in 2015 but recently started operating by the very experienced Simbongile Mbalekwa, a qualified professional accountant (SA). It is a 100% black-owned company, that has earned it a level One BBBEE rating.
Based in the small town of Richmond, it is geographically well-positioned to be accessible by the people who need these services the most without travelling far for them.

We serve sole proprietor businesses, close corporations, co – operatives, private companies, non – profit organizations, body corporates and schools. Our dedicated staff members will meet your needs and provide professional services regardless of the size of your business. HISTORY OF ASSIGNMENTS
Usiba Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd has been involved in the following projects:
- MAGZ Projects - a construction company that started operating in 2017, we have done a compilation of annual financial statements for the reporting period of February 2018, we have also helped the company register for VAT and assist it in doing its VAT returns, provisional returns and income tax returns. The company previously had no accounting policies and was not maintaining accounting records, we have put such systems in place. We monitor the company monthly through monthly bookkeeping services.
- Icebo lethu Multi – Purpose Co-operative - This co-operative got a nutrition tender from the Department of Education, we do their monthly bookkeeping services, we have helped them with compliance with various legislation and monitoring expenditure to ensure continued growth and re – investment in the co-operative for going concern.
